Luria Bertani Broth
Medium for maintaining and cultivating recombinant strains of Escherichia coli.

| Preparation | Suspend 25 g in 1 liter of purified / distilled water. Heat if necessary to dissolve completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 minutes. Dispense in tubes or flasks as desired. |
| Storage | After opening the seal, keep tightly closed using the supplied plastic plug. Keep dry, tightly closed and away from direct light. Storage temperature on the label: 10 °C to 30 °C. |
