Plate Count Agar

For the enumeration and cultivation of microorganisms.

Range	Microbiology
Preparation	Add 23.5 gm to 1 liter of distilled water. Boil to dissolve completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50 °C, mix well and pour into sterile petri plate.
Storage	After opening the seal, keep tightly closed using the supplied plastic plug. Keep dry, tightly closed and away from direct light.
